Service:

For Business (Listing) Submission: Udyogsutra offers fee-based service to business owners (hereafter “you” or “your”). The businesses submitted by you will be reviewed manually. Your payment and participation means that within 48 hours (excluding business days: Saturday and Sunday) we will review your business and consider it for listing in Udyogsutra. After you submit your business for inclusion on Udyogsutra we will inform you by the email within 48 hours stating whether your business (listing) is accepted or rejected.

Fees:

For Business (Listing) Submission: The current one-time fee for adding one listing in Udyogsutra is INR 500 which is non-refundable. If your business is accepted in Udyogsutra you will be charged INR 500. If your business is not accepted we will refund your amount after deducting the transaction fees, if any. We reserve the right, in our own discretion, to make changes in the listing fee at any time with or without notice.

Business (Listing) Submission Guidelines:

1. Submit your business (listing) to the most appropriate category only.
2. If you are adding website, enter the URL that will take to your home page.
3. Your website should have unique content. Sites with duplicate content will not be accepted.
4. Your website should be in the English language or have an English version available.
5. Your website must be up and running 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
6. Websites that redirects to other sites will not be accepted.
7. Websites that are under construction or unresponsive will not be accepted.
8. Websites that contain excessive ads, pop ups or pop under will not be accepted.
9. Websites that contain only affiliate program links will not be accepted.
10. Websites that contain or promote any hate, child pornography, violent or illegal materials will not be accepted.
11. Your social media links should redirect on your own business page and not others pages.
12. Your business images should be your own and not others images.
13. We reserve the right to accept or reject your business (listing).
14. We reserve the right to remove your business (listing) with or without prior notification. In such case you will not get refund.
15. We reserve the right to place your business (listing) in the appropriate category and modify description.
16. We reserve the right to edit or modify your business (listing) if we find any spelling or grammatical errors in it.
17. Fee for this service is non-refundable.
18. If your business (listing) is not accepted we will refund your amount after deducting the transaction fees, if any.

Termination:

Removing Business (Listing): Please contact us if you wish to remove your business (listing) from Udyogsutra. You will not get refund or any portion of fee if you request to remove your business (listing).
